    HERE AND NOW

No need to dig: it's all there.

    CHANGE

To perceive a new aspect of oneself is the first step towards changing the concept of self.

Body awareness

CONTENT THEORY

The body as a place where the sensory and emotional events are located is, in our culture, something almost unheard of.  We have a very low awareness of it and it becomes worthy of attention only where it hurts or when we become ill.  The meeting, through different experiences, begins with the intention to re-orient body awareness.

PRACTICAL ACTIVITY

Guided experiences leading towards a redefinition of body image-capturing qualities, leisure areas and areas of tenderness.  Group consciousness experiences to awake the body’s energy.

SKILLS

Be able to revitalise and reorganise the body image and self-perception and tap into new ways of being intimate with oneself.
